The next art show in the C. X. Carlson Gallery at the Quarryville Library will be a show titled, “Father/Daughter Collaboration: Two Points of View”. This show will feature works by Richard E. Miller. It will include pen and ink with wash, acrylics, collage, pastels and oils. The subject matter will include landscapes, flowers, figures, and abstracts. The show will also feature works by his daughter, Andrea Lowrey. Her work will be oils, collage, and mixed media. They tend to be more abstract although there will also be landscapes and other representational works. The show will open with a reception on Saturday, June 1 from 1 PM until 3PM at the Quarryville Library. Refreshments will be served and you will have a chance to meet the artists.
