GETTING A LIBRARY CARD
Who can get one? • Anyone who lives in Lancaster County and is at least five years old. • Anyone who has an Access PA sticker on their Pennsylvania hometown library card.
How do I get one? Get an application from the Circulation Desk and fill out all the required information. If you are between the ages of 5 and 13, you need to have a parent or guardian sign your application. If you are 14 or older, you will need to show some form of identification with your present address on it. The staff will process your card in minutes.
How much does a card cost? Your first card is free. If your card is lost, a replacement card costs $1.00. If you DO lose your card, report it right away. Until you do, YOU are responsible for any books checked out on it.
